Smooth Ambler's Old Scout American Whiskey is a blend of two whiskeys made from bourbon mashbills: one a high rye whiskey, from MGP in Indiana, aged 9+ years in new oak barrels; the other, from Tennessee, for 5 years in re charred bourbon casks (which is why this legally can't be labelled a bourbon).
